What prompted you to start Yeco?


 A bad agency experience. They sold us the dream, convinced us to make a real investment with money we couldn't afford to lose, and we got zero ROI. That was the moment I knew there had to be a better way to find agencies.

When a brand reaches out, how does the process work to match them with an agency partner?


We consult with brands for free. That lets us go beyond the surface-level ask and really understand what they need. We're in a unique position because we speak to 20 to 30 brands a week and place hundreds of projects a year, so we see firsthand what works and which agencies actually perform.

What does your matching process consider that a typical pitch process doesn't?


Most agencies respond to exactly what the brand asks for. We meet with the brand first to make sure the ask is the right ask, that it covers the right deliverables and strategy to actually be successful. That clarity makes every agency conversation sharper.

Honestly, there are too many to pick from. But my favorite signal is when a brand comes back asking for more. More service support, more agency recommendations. That's when you know it worked.
