Ashfall Studio have created a new brand identity for Tekuma; a business helping define what life in the cities of the future will look like. Spun out of MIT, the urban innovation practice works across 20 countries, advising governments and sovereign wealth funds on communities built to last.

A leadership transition created a moment to reflect — clarifying what Tekuma stands for and reshaping how the firm is experienced for the first time. The ambition was twofold: a brand with the authority to operate in the corridors of power, and the vision to signal the future they’re building.

 
 
 
 

Ashfall strived to deliver an identity that balances both. Crisp, engineered forms and reflective surfaces establish institutional confidence, while restrained motion and subtle behaviors introduce warmth and forward momentum. A vibrant signature element ties the system together, setting the tone for a brand built for what’s next.
