ROLE OVERVIEW
A lead creative role across Art&Graft’s creative output, instrumental in the development of new concepts, visual languages and consistently improving our creative offering to attract project briefs and brand partners.
Working across motion projects in 2D, you know how to elevate design work and bring keyframes to life. Your process is underpinned by a strong foundation of conceptual thinking and an understanding of brand systems and toolkits.
We’re looking for a leader, a mentor and role model; someone with strong communication skills that can inspire our team and impress our brand partners.

Creatively curious and passionate about the creative industry.
5+ years experience in the industry in a relevant position.
Top level design and animation skills in 2D, with a focussed attention to detail.
Collaborative by nature — you’re able to communicate clearly, listen when required and find answers with others.
Experience in leading projects, managing teams and presenting to clients.
Can-do attitude — solution oriented, not problem focused.
Humble and hard-working.
Able to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Expert skills in After Effects and Figma.
A builder of toolkits and systems.
Professional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Working knowledge of Keynote and Google Slides.

• Someone with an eye on the future and strong desire to keep up-to-date with emerging design technologies and animation techniques.
